Week beginning 17.9.18 in Caterpillars

This week in Caterpillars the children will be using the rhyme bag and learning some new Makaton signs as they sing. They will also be exploring some toy vehicles, painting with the tracks and comparing how they are different to each other. We will be using the farm animals to explore how their hooves may get stuck in the mud but using thick porridge as the mud! The children are enjoying speaking to Lola each day and are beginning to settle to our group times. We have also been exploring outside activities and will continue with this, please make sure your child has a coat and let them practise putting it on themselves!
