Today we are thinking about speaking and listening skills. There is a video clip to watch and join in with then try these activities

on this game you can meet the animals and hear their sounds then guess which one it is. Phonics play is currently free to all users.

• Sing your favourite nursery rhyme to your grown up – is it Twinkle, twinkle or maybe  Incy wincy spider. Can you remember the words and actions?
• Try out clapping a rhythm as you saw on the video clip  - can you make a rhythm for your grown up to copy? Now can you follow a rhythm which your grown up starts? You could try claps and taps on your knees, head or hands.
