This week is our British Nutrition Foundation Healthy Eating Week. We will be thinking about how we can keep healthy, and the foods we eat. The children will be looking carefully at different fruits and tasting them as we talk about ‘5 a day’. They will also be thinking about being active and taking part in lots of different physical movements. We will look at the different foods we like and which we might pack in a lunch box, including a refreshing drink. The children will look at different cereals and discuss which we recognise and like. Please let us know what foods your child likes to eat at home!
