Week beginning 22.1.18 in Caterpillars

This week we will be sharing a book called ‘Say please’. The children are becoming very good at using their please and thank you with each other in the sessions. We will also be exploring magnets and different objects to find out what is magnetic as several of the children have shown an interest in this area. We will be spending some time learning about putting on our coats to reinforce this as we are aware you all support us with this at home and have been practising! The children will be using a game and puzzle to dress teddy and also playing a matching game. On Thursday the children will be using and making shakers of their own as they are really enjoying music and using instruments within every session. Please try to fill in a home slip if you can this week, we would like to hear about what is happening at home.
